In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13^th December, for Personal Data Protection, Cesar Levi Villaca?as Carrillo (hereinafter called Excellence Taxi), with tax reference number 46967635W, informs Users that it is the owner of files of personal data recorded in the Spanish R.G.P.D. (General Register of Data Protection), where their details are stored and used to offer requested services and to send information about the company that may of interest to them.

SENDING AND REGISTERING PERSONAL DATA

Collecting personal data from Users is a necessary requirement in order to send and receive information about the services offered by Excellence Taxi. Not providing the requested personal data or accepting the Data Protection Policy means that it is impossible for Users to subscribe, register or receive information about these services.

In accordance with Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of 13^th for Personal Data Protection, we inform Users that any personal data we receive will be included in a file belonging to Excellence Taxi, with business address C/ Violeta Parra Sandoval, 6 2?2? – 08960 – Sant Just Desvern – Barcelona, and subject to all security measures established in Spanish Royal Decree 1720/2007.

ACCURACY AND CORRECTNESS OF DATA PROVIDED

The User who sends information to Excellence Taxi is the only party responsible for the correctness and accuracy of such data, and Excellence Taxi remain exonerated from liability regarding this data.

Users are responsible for and guarantee that personal data provided is accurate, correct and up-to-date, and for maintaining the data duly up-to-date. Users accept the responsibility of providing complete and correct information in the subscription or registration form.

Excellence Taxi is not responsible for the accuracy of any information that is not provided by itself or that is from another indicated source, and therefore accepts no liability for hypothetical damages that may originate from the use of such information. Excellence Taxi remains exonerated from liability in the case of any damages suffered by Users as a result of erroneous or missing data in the information provided by Excellence Taxi, wherever this comes from a source that is not Excellence Taxi.

RELEASING DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

Excellence Taxi will not release personal data to third parties. However, in the case that data is provided to a third party, a request will previously be made to the affected party for their express permission, in accordance with Article 6 of the Spanish Organic Law for Personal Data.

EXERCISING RIGHTS OF ACCESS, CORRECTION, DELETION AND OPPOSITION

ACCEPTANCE AND CONSENT

The User declares that he/she has been informed of the conditions of personal data protection, and accepts and consents to the use of this data by Excellence Taxi, in the form and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.

CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY

Excellence Taxi reserves the right to modify this privacy policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence or to new industry practice. In any such case, Excellence Taxi will advise Users on this website with reasonable notice of any changes introduced.
